Yes! We will send you a digital file of your artwork for you to review before printing it. You can ask for modifications to create the perfect piece of art.

Yes! If you prefer the artwork without a message, simply write "BLANK" in the chosen message box.

• Upload a clear, high-resolution photo
• Avoid photos taken at night or with dark lighting
• Please avoid using filters to ensure we color your portrait correctly
• Ensure faces are not cut off or cropped out of the image
• The best photos are from a side-on angle with at least half the body visible (waist-up)

We want to make sure you're happy with your custom portrait! If you're not 100% satisfied, contact us and we'll help make it right.

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we don't offer returns or exchanges.

To cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours at watercolorportraitus@gmail.com. After 12 hours, cancellation isn't possible.

Missing something from your order? Contact us at watercolorportraitus@gmail.com and we’ll help sort it out.

If your portrait arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours at watercolorportraitus@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items and packing slip. We will arrange a replacement.

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, here are the shipping fees:
USA: $9.99
Canada: $14.99
UK: $14.99
Australia: $9.99

Orders take 3-7 days to fulfill, then shipping times vary by location:
USA: 5-8 business days
Canada: 7-10 business days
UK: 5-10 business days
Australia: 5-10 business days
